When would you come for Rosen?
Most people can benefit from Rosen but many receive sessions because they are experiencing:

When would it not be advisable to receive Rosen?
At certain times in our lives we may need to maintain our levels of tension and the sense of “self” that these boundaries provide. Rosen would not be recommended if:
If you have a severe mental health problem
If you are in a time of crisis (such as a recent bereavement)
If you are in within the first year of recovery from alcohol or drug addiction.
