I initially practiced for many years as a physiotherapist within the NHS specialising in relaxation and breath work. I was always fascinated by the interweaving between the mind and body and how one can so readily effect the other and this led me to train further in shiatsu initially with Keith Phillips and then with Sonia Moriceau and Kishi.
When I came across Rosen Method in 2006, I was deeply moved by its simplicity, gentleness, and its ability to reach to the very heart of us. It has been a wonderful turning point in my own life and practice.
I have also worked as a volunteer and complementary therapy co-ordinator for a hospice and I continue to bring Rosen into the elderly residential care setting alongside my practice.
I trained for 5 years with the British Rosen School www.rosenmethod.co.uk and I’m now fully qualified and affiliated with The Rosen Method Institute.
I am more than happy to give talks and demonstrations.
